PETA Bashes Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen for $16,900 Fur Bag, Calls Them ‘Trollsens’

I think everyone should settle on the fact of if people want to wear fur, leather, plastic, denim or whatever.  Also I really don't care if someone is a vegetarian or a vegan, that has nothing to do with the way I live.  In what society do we live that we are being morally judged on how we dress.
When I wear fur, I prefer to purchase vintage, but as a consumer that is my choice, I would never tell someone who never wants to wear fur to wear it.
There are some double standards when it comes to racing and I cannot stand to hear people talking about their politically correct eating, vegetarian, non leather wearing when they are standing in leather shoes at the races (not knowing one end of the horse from another) and practically wearing a bird on their head.

Vegetarians and Vegans I applaud you for your standards, although they are yours and not all of society.  I choose to eat meat, wear leather and vintage fur.  I do not stand accountable for others.

Peta, I respect what you do, but please try and keep a hold on what you are doing.  I find Peta sometimes to  be a little unrealistic and more about making headlines with celebrities.

They really need a CHILL PILL,

Here is a recent article from Fashionista.com.  Click Here.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen may have won the prestigious CFDA award for womenswear designers of the year, but PETA isn’t impressed. The Olsens’ line, The Row, has released a new fur patchwork bag, retailing for $16,900 (and touted by Rachel Zoe as a bag to have for pre-fall), and PETA is pissed–and not because of that eye-popping price.
According to E! (via TooFab), the animal rights group released the following statement:
If it looks like a troll and acts like a troll, it’s probably a Trollsen Twin—or someone wearing one of their new $16,000 totes, which are made from the fur and skins of innocent animals. What the Olsens lack in creativity, they try to make up for in shock value. Sadly, it’s the foxes, calves, and alligators—who often have the fur ripped off them while they are still conscious and able to feel pain—who pay the dearest price.

Trollsen Twin? Turns out that this is a long-time pet (haha) name that PETA has had for the Olsens since as far back as 2007. There’s even an entire website devoted to “Hairy-Kate and Trashley Trollsen.” You can dress the terrifying twins up in dead animals and even watch a (we have to admit, sorta clever) video called “Full House of Horrors.” Some naked guy visits the Tanner family and warns them about Michelle’s future–the requisite horrifying animal-killing footage follows, as well as a montage of the the Olsens “and their shrunken bodies wrapped in fur.”
Has PETA’s bashing gone too far or should the
Trollsens
Olsens change their fur lovin’ ways?

In closing.  I am really glad that someone has enough time to sit around and talk about Mary Kate and Ashley so much.  I think they must just really be jealous that they were not those famous twins on that American Sit Com.
Honestly, who really cares what others are wearing.  They feel good about it, what is your problem??
