Hey Man, I'm Feelin Good!!!!

Chinese Medicine is my new saviour. I am totally wrapped with drinking herbs and spice, acupuncture and ki therapy.

At present I have a mixture of Cinnamon and Dragon Bone. This is to rest my mind.

As I was at a Steiner School I remember when I was young in about year 11, my English Teacher would have Acid flash backs and stand on a desk with a banana and recite, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.

I know, totally Random.

Also, the knowledgeable Richard Howard told us that a teaspoon of Cinnamon or Nutmeg has the same relaxing effects of Marijuana.

With two teaspoons of Cinnamon and Dragon Bone, I am not DRIVING!!! I look like the locals.

Cinnamon does not have the same hallucinatory properties at Marijuana.

Get Your Daily Dose of Brain Healthy Cinnamon
