Well just another day at the Races
seeing the beautiful 'Moulin Rouge' Showgirls, kick up their heels,
splits on the stage and show their amazingly taught touches to the
audience. Of course when you think horse racing, mounting stewards
and correct weight, 'The Can Can' comes to mind.
Every year 'Mumm', the signature
Champagne of the Spring Racing Carnival showcases, but my husband was
especially excited when the showcase was the showgirls. Poor 'Hard
Luck Motty' does have a hard life, but he keeps everyone enjoying the
atmosphere.
'Mumm' Marquee had the delightful Kyla
Kirkpatrick, 'The Champagne Dame' hosting tastings which I am going
to partake in later this month, but has 'A' list musing themselves in
and out of Marquee's but we loved the ambience and friendliness of
this wonderful Marquee.
This was the place to call home
especially as I have a tender spot for a bubble from Champagne
Region. Kick up your heels and watch the back flips as we delighted
the performance and sip bubbles in the sunshine followed by the
Greatest Horse Race on Earth, “The Race That Stops A Nation, TM”,
'The Melbourne Cup.
